Chris Angermann's  checkered career has included building houses, driving a cab (for the Terminal Taxi Company in New Haven, Connecticut) teaching kindergarten, high school, college and graduate school, and directing plays and operas in New York and regional theaters. He has been writing all along - often between the cracks of his other pursuits - on a wide variety of subjects for newspapers and magazines, including book and movie reviews, features on healthy living issues and real estate articles. He has also penned several unpublished plays and screenplays and has ghostwritten three books. He runs Bardolf & Company, an imprint for authors who wish to self-publish their works, and serves as editor-in-chief for New Chapter Publisher, a small press in Sarasota, Florida. He is a former president of the Florida Authors and Publishers Association (FAPA). Over the past 12 years, he has had his hands in the publication of more than 75 books, a number of which have won national awards.
